Expected Behavior:

·         The user agrees not to share, distribute, extract, or misuse any link or content from the site.

·         The user must be at least 18 years old.

·         Any fraud, hacking attempt, or unauthorized sharing will result in immediate account suspension without refund and may lead to legal proceedings.

Modifications:
DripWeek reserves the right to modify the service, the video content, platform functionality, or the Terms at any time.

Availability:
The service is accessible 24/7 except during maintenance, force majeure events, or issues beyond our control.

3. TERMS OF SALE

Purpose:
These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of the PASS 2025 which gives access to DripWeek’s premium content.

Price:
PASS 2025: €14.99 including taxes (one-time payment). Valid until December 31, 2025.

Order Process:

·         Purchases are made through Systeme.io.

·         The user will automatically receive a confirmation email with access details and the private password.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the content has been accessed.

Liability:
DripWeek cannot be held liable for misuse, external hacking, or temporary third-party platform outages.

Protection:
DripWeek actively monitors unauthorized sharing. Any violation will result in civil and/or criminal legal action.

4. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)
